Full Real Estate Listing Service $2,250 Flat Fee

Full Real Estate Listing Service $2,250 Flat Fee

On Christmas day, I noticed a sponsored Ad on Facebook. The Ad said: Full Listing Service for a flat fee + 3% to pay the Selling Agent. In essence, the Listing Agent would reduce his fee from a percentage (2.5% or 3%) down to a flat fee of $2,500.00 and charge the Client the percentage be paid to the Selling Agent.

Realizing that we must stay competitive and in tune with the market: As a pilot program for Washington D.C and Virginia only, Constitution Realty has decided to adjust its fee for listing properties from the usual 2.5% or 3% down to flat fee of only $2,250. This is even cheaper than what was in the Advertisement seen in Facebook.

Constitution Realty, is a improved real estate agency, offering sellers the ability to save a lot of money when selling their homes.

Adam Habibi, Constitution Realty’s Founder and CEO, had grown tired of inefficiencies in the Real Estate Market and decided to join the trend of Real Estate firms providing discounted Listing Services.

Here is how it works:

In a typical real estate transaction, the seller pays a steep 6% of their home’s selling price in commissions – 3% to their listing agent and 3% to the buyer’s agent. When you sell with Constitution Realty, you only pay their full service listing agents a flat $2,250 fee plus 3% to the buyer’s agent at closing. That’s a savings of $12,750 on a $500,000 home.

We pledge to provide excellent quality and customer service.

“Today’s Real Estate market has evolved. Times have changed. Not adapting to the change is the dangerous. People have a lot of data and can look up anything. For that reason, we agreed to this new fee structure to attract more customers.” said Adam Habibi.

We still provide Sellers a lockbox, sign, pictures, open houses (as mutually agreed), and are listed on all major platforms including the MLS, Zillow, and Realtor.com.

Don’t be shy to inquire about our services. Give us a call anytime. We are licensed in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia.
